Headquarters in Grand Forks, ND, Alerus Financial is a staple business in the Grand Forks community. This 2019 remodel of the South Columbia location involved tearing down walls, lowering floor, and enhancing the amount of natural light throughout the second floor. Inspired by the Alerus logo while playing off the colors in the carpet, this project includes pops of bold color against professional neutrals.
