My name is Dori Dunnigan and I am the Assistant to the Business Office Supervisor at UND College of Nursing and Professional Disciplines. In my role at the College, I am the main purchaser and coordinate of all furniture purchases within the College.

Over the past several years we have had many projects which required remodeling and the purchase of furniture. When doing some searching of what types of furniture we were looking for, I contacted several vendors. While all of them had good products, the Norby's staff took the extra time to create drawings, bring samples and work diligently with us to create what we needed. From needs in offices, classrooms, computer labs, and lounge areas, in both the Nursing and the NPCBR buildings, they created unique designs to fit our needs. If there was ever an unforeseen problem that came up, they would immediately work with us to figure out a solution. They work with Facilities to follow UND regulations and everything was ordered and completed in a timely manner.

I found all of their staff to be exceptionally professional, motivated, and talented. They are truly committed to their customers. Their expertise made me feel very comfortable working with each and every one of them through each process. From Tom Kreiger, our sales representative, to the designers, the warehouse personnel, and the office staff, we continue to have wonderful service.

UND Alumni Association Foundation trusts Norby's Work Perks

The UND Alumni Association & Foundation opened a new $14.0 million Alumni Center October 1, 2012.

Our building is 40,000 square fee; houses the University of North Dakota Admissions team along with our staff, and hosts thousands of visitors annually in a variety of uses. The first floor is primarily five-star space with various sizes for flexibility purposes. We are very proud of our home and all its furnishing and enjoy gathering at the Gorecki Alumni Center with our alumni family and friends.

With the combined complexity of the project and the need for an assortment of furniture including, office workstations, banquet tables and chairs, relaxing lobby furniture, executive suite, and conference rooms, it was apparent to us very early in the process we would need a vendor that could partner with us that had the depth of knowledge, experience, and commitment to the client satisfaction.

The professional team at Norby's of Grand Forks did an outstanding job leading us through the challenges through the project and provided a finished product that is second to none.
